I liked this a lot. What about the thought of studying the competition for unmet needs to fill a niche not already filled.
That’s a great idea Sherrie. Although, I typically prefer to choose niches that have already been proven viable by the very fact of competitors’ existence, one should definitely study the competition and look for ways to improve their business models and/or offer other products/services that add value and serve clients’ unmet needs and desires.
